The store was previously opened on Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm and Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm, but now the hours have been extended and this has made the number of shifts to increase. The current 20 employees cannot manage to cover the shifts, which should be covered by 25 employees. The manager has to look for new employees that will be able to share the work and help the business to stand out.
